Head Above Water

My Sundance clients are flying in this Saturday and I will be presenting the conceptual design for their cabin. This is the first time designing an entire home (I usually go room by room with my clients) and it can be challenging to visualize & create every little detail; furnishings, carpet, paint, cabinetry, lighting, fabric, wood flooring etc. - you should see my office (and my home) right now! But I promise there is a method to my madness. This week I am trying to keep my head above water with all that is going on, which has left me with little time to figure out the new blogger layout and write a decent post. So until after Saturday.....

Trashy to Classy

I debated whether or not to post the progression of this flip home. The before and after photos are going to be so classic that I wanted to wait for the big reveal... but I am not very patient :)

The counter tops will be black granite, white subway tile backsplash, a hanging chandelier and underneath that cardboard is a dark, maple wood floor! I just love it!!
